Don't forget little things like annual inspection stickers, and/or smog tests and even jury duty. Never would of thought jury duty would get in the way but talking with a couple last summer and she (not he, even though same address) has been called for jury duty 3 times in last year and a half. The county they are in has 3 court systems and the county is not that big people wise. They let her out of the last 2 but on the third they said , show up. What ever you decide with make sure you have all things in that state. Nothing a bigger tip off than having vehicle licensed in 1 state and having a drivers license in another.
But giving a state money and not using that state is like kissing your money good by unless you really, really love that state. Some people like doing a RV drivers test and giving money. Makes the world go around I guess.
