satellite service providers

What companies provide satellite service for "Fill Timer's" Motorhome's? Is HD programs available vis satellite service? Greatly appreciate any insight. Safe and enjoyable journey experience's.

    When you call them don't ask for perks. Tell them you want to cancel service. They will take the ball and start making offers. Do not accept the first offers. Just like buying a car...negotiate!
  • I believe a Winegard Travel'r for DirecTv can be "modified" to receive the Dish Network signal, but a Winegard Travel'r SOLD as a Dish Network antenna CAN NOT be "modified" to receive Directv. At least that's what we were told when we purchased it 3 years ago.

    SK-3005 (DirecTV Slimline HD) to SK-1000 (DISH HD) -- kits RP-SK11 and RP-SK21 (about $300).

    SK-SWM3 (DirecTV SWM HD) to SK-1000 (DISH HD) -- kits RP-SK11 and RP-SK21 (about $300).

    DISH -> DIRECTV CONVERSIONS:
    SK-1000 (DISH HD) to SK-3003 (DirecTV SD) -- kits RP-SK63 and RP-SK33 (about $350).
