SD vs TX residency
Both have no state income tax so why is SD more often a choice for residence for full time RVers?

All of the above reasons were why we chose SD over TX plus my personal dislike.
I in good conscience could just not say "I'm a Texan".
With the enactment of ACA I just might have had to eat crow (if we were still FTng)
SD and 18 other states are not participating in multi-state plans under the Healthcare Law. All states are suppose to in the next 4 yrs. but at present non offered in SD (or FL) but multi-state plans are offered in TX.
