Both have no state income tax so why is SD more often a choice for residence for full time RVers?

If you are flying in, make sure you have all the documentation to get your drivers license. Spouse renewed this last year in Madison, SD and they have a document examiner who checks out your paperwork, 3 out of 4 people had to get additional paperwork. For women it can be really difficult. If you have a passport in your current name, that is a good thing. Otherwise. women have to prove by documentation all their legal names that have occurred with marriage, divorce, remarriage, etc, would be terrible to fly In and not have the proper documentation.
