SD vs TX residency
Both have no state income tax so why is SD more often a choice for residence for full time RVers?

Howard of the RV-Dreams blog did a good post about SD and the Obamacare issues. If you don't need it, you would be okay. He also has some good information about choosing your state of residence.
FL doesn't participate in any multi-state plans under Obamacare at this time either

The multistate plans are a red herring here...a msp will not necessarily have nationwide coverage, and conversely, a non-msp can have nationwide coverage. It is the network that is key, not what they call the plan.
