After you cross Snoqualmie, you will need to check on the stretch between Pendleton, OR and Baker City, OR, Deadman Pass.
Unless you really want to visit SLC, US93 south from Twin Falls, ID is a good route to LV. and saves you several miles.
Be prepared for cold weather until you reach southern NV.
