It can be hard to a/c an RV in the summer in Phoenix. That is why us snow birds leave.
I believe if you do the research that an apartment will be more cost effective in than the rent at an RV park and the added costs of heating and cooling an rv.
Great point. 30-40m north of the valley it's usually 10-15 deg cooler. I should add that we are interested in one day full timing and see this as an intro.
