I have been looking also for something besides FB lately.
8-10 yrs ago when we hit the road, we used Photobucket. I wrote a story of our travels in our email and had a list of people as a group ( @ 100 people)
Then attached a link to Photobucket with anywhere from 10-30 photos and sent it. It was very easy to do.
Got away from it and now PBucket is like everyone else, they want $ per month to host.
