I can't really answer that as I have never found anything good about it! Why would anyone want to sit in the middle of a dusty desert in the middle of nowhere?

It depends upon what type of park you want. lots of amenities are going to be more expensive than bare bones. If out in the middle of nowhere, will be cheaper than near a big metro area with lots of things to do. What do you want to spend? And the longer the stay, the cheaper it is.

We have been in Yuma, AZ. for the last 16 winters. The "season' that typical snowbird parks like to refer to is mostly Nov.1-March 31st. Depending on what you want or amenities wanted it can start at approx. $350 a month on the seasonal deal or climb to unknown limits. Then some parks run deals Sept-Dec. on lower rates, than the rate jumps for Jan-March. We like to watch the parade of RVs leaving New Years Day when the rates take a significant jump. Power is mostly 18 cents KWH. Another option in the Yuma area is privately owned FHU lots in the Foothills. They are not in an RV park but in residential areas. It will usually be the owner on one side of the lot and the renter on the other side. Some provide washer and dryer use. There is usually no mark-up on power, just paying the meter reading. They generally start at $350 and you pay the power. We were in a park for 13 years, then bought an RV lot in the Foothills. Be careful with parks. Make sure they are 55 plus parks. Some parks in the Yuma area have flirted with that by allowing border wall workers in that are under 55 plus. But I will add, this winter probably will not be typical. If the Canadian snowbirds can't get across the border and some northerners decide not to come, RV parks may have to adjust rates and property in the Foothills owned by our Canadian friends, there could be a fire sale. Time will only tell.

We stay in the middle of Florida on the gulf coast, and it runs about $1000/month. All depends on how nice a "resort" and how close to the beaches. Inland can be considerably cheaper. Usually quite hard to get sites in the middle of winter (Jan, Feb), but may be easier this year due to Covid and the lack of Canadians coming down.
