South Dakota possibly Texas domicile questions

Been with 'My Home Address' in Emery, SD for many years.
Went to SD once to get my drivers license there (flew in to Sioux Falls - stayed O'nite - got my DL the next day - then flew home that afternoon - now renew by mail.
Moho and Toad registration easy and done by MHA every year.
Totally happy with the services they provide - at a reasonable price.
