We have SD. You can get your DL there quite easy by staying 1 night at the mailbox forwarder of your choice. We renew our vehicles online in SD. Been there only 1 night in 4 years. No need to pay anyone for this service.

Choose your mailbox service wisely. Some are very old fashion while others provide realtime scanning when mail arrives and notifies you, which is a big plus.
