We are fulltimers and SD residents. We are able to do everything that a person who lives in a sticks and bricks can do. SD issues Homeland Security compliant driver's license and even as a fulltimers we were able to provide the rquested documentation. We use MyDakotaAddress in Madison, SD and Terri is awesome.
