Jot down all the positive and negatives. Do you have an exit plan if RV life style isn't what you want to do in a few years or for health reasons can you get back in a stick house? Full timing is not for everyone. We tried it and it wasn't as grand as we thought. Other people find it is a great way to live. Only you will know. We had house sitters for about 4 years and we could go back to the stick house. We found it wasn't full timing but just getting out of the city was what we liked. We bought a stick house in a rural area.
