The open floorplan got my attention. It's wide open and at that time had the maximum square footage of 400 sq. ft. of floor space.
The quality was there with plenty of 120 volt circuits. !2 gauge wiring, circuit breakers. Vinyl roof, gel coat sides.
We looked for a year to find a used one with the features we wanted. Dual pane windows, air ride suspension, 4 door refrigerator.
We never found a used one, but we found a dealer that had ordered this model with all options. He was getting kind of nervous because it was a small dealership. Plus someone had broken into the unit and stolen the old CRT television and the cheap Pioneer receiver. So he sold it to us for close to cost, plus discounted for the missing electronics. (Stuff that I'd have to replace anyway.) Woo Hoo!
In ten years I've replaced the cheap receptacles with 20 amp rated ones. All of the awnings & slide out covers. (insurance paid for them) Replaced the Norcold refrigerator with a Samsung 120v fridge. Two sets of tires. Right now I'm setting here with the big 16' kitchen slide stuck in the out position because it's sheared off a shear pin. Got to fix that before fall when we head back to Florida. And my DW had to restring a couple of the day/night shades.
Overall we've been happy with our choice.
