Actually very good.. we did not buy from developer, got it resale for a lot less.. tell her to check out TUG2.net.. you can give them away there. A lot depends on where and when the unit are available for use determines it value. summer time good,, spring fall OK,, winter bad.. thats the way it work in MB..
the fees do add up but figure what it cost per day for the same hotel type place and you see the difference.
