Agreed it would be trespassing if it were private property. I'm not advising any illegal activities.
To be more clear, I am not talking about private property but public property (road-side construction, parks, etc). Drive down a public road for an hour and you will pass numerous porta-johns along the way, paid for by our public tax dollars.
