thinking about full-timing again - medical care

At 75, we are thinking about becoming full-timers again. We have a Medicare Advantage Plan. If you have an advantage plan, what has been your experience in getting care when out of the your home count...

Lots of things to think about. We are not even sure what state our legal residence will be in. If we keep it where we live now, we have only three insurance companies to choose from, and none of them have nationwide coverage as of now.
