DH will retire 2nd week in Jan. 2019 & we plan to fulltime as soon as we can after his last day of work. Question in what order do we do everything? Selling the house, do we put it up before he retire...

I would not plan on selling your house before DH retires and living in the 5th wheel in Indiana in the winter. I am an Indiana native and I cannot see that working. I supposed you could find a winter camp, but it depends on where you are at. My guess you aren't going to find one. I would spend the time between now and January getting your house emptied and ready to put on the market. When he retires and when you have your house ready, hit the road.
We left in September and had a friend/realtor list our house. It sold the first week we were gone. Did everything by phone and fax and never had to return to sign anything.
