Things breaking down over time. Also many warranty issue. Getting things fix d in timely matter when the rv does break down. With a tiny house on wheels you can control the quality. Anyone have any opinion on this? We also want to be as stealth as possible.
Don't get all wrapped up in the tiny house tv shows that just show people buying instead of how it actually works out in a couple years.
