"Stuff" breaks on/in a house, apartments and any type of vehicle you can ever own. Why would an RV be different. Things wear out and need to be replaced and there are some things that require regular maintennce. If no maintenance is done, they may break sooner. That's just the way of anything you can own. We have a 16 yr old class A and have been full-times for 5 1/2 years. A few things have needed to be repaired or replaced, but nothing major - we are pleased with our RV and would purchase it again.
