We both recently retired and have put the house up for sale because the housing market is very strong in our area. We're hoping to maximize the value now. We're going to travel the next year or two and then go from there.
We will return to the Charlotte area around the holidays to be with family and also take care of annual medical appointments, vehicle registrations and all that stuff.
