93 is my preferred route. There are some hills, but nothing too bad. But if snow is forecast it can be downright dangerous -- it's pretty remote, there's very little traffic, and road clearing can take a while.
On the other hand, if the weather is nasty, I-84/I-15 is no joy, either, and in addition there is traffic.
