When you are a full timer what issues are there with having a gun for protection? Restrictions when crossing state lines? Thank you.

ps....I am one of ther very few moderators that even allow a gun thread to run. I feel it is vital to fulltimers and those wishing to fulltime, to have good info on the subject of firearms. Those of you who feel it it is your duty to get these threads closed are in the wrong forum. Take it elsewhere.
