Don't need a wheel chair yet, although narrow ones are available.
I have had surgery twice that required no weight bearing on my right leg/foot for 6 weeks. Got past it just fine.
As a matter of fact, I think it was better in the trailer than a large house. Less distance to negotiate, and have handholds throughout that are always in reach.
