using internet in libraries in small towns..

My humble opinion, as someone who conducts business on the internet while traveling occasionally; It's unfair to make someone else pay for your ability to make money. Since it's for business purposes, just pay for a hotspot from Verizon and write the cost off on your Schedule C. (You can buy 60-80-100gig plans from Verizon, look under their commercial offerings.)

I'm sure if you read the terms of service for a library, or most any other free Internet, they disallow using the service for commercial or business purposes.
