Thanks, but no mention of Oregon in there. Anyone using Oregon as their home base? Does my mail service have to be in the same county as I've registered my vehicles? I just called a mail forwarding served that's been in business since the 80's in Oregon and he said he's not sure. And I should set up the mail service before I show up so I need to know if this all has to take place in the same county.
