Washingtons taxes are based on being a resident living in the state. If you don't actually "live" in Washington... you don't pay gas-tax, sales-tax or (real) property tax.
All there would be is vehicle taxes. Now the weight tax on a truck can be reasonable. But I just renewed the tabs on my Focus for $48, and the trailer is about the same.
