My wife and I, and are two year old live full time in a fifth wheel. We rented our house out, my wife quit her job, and I work travel ER nurse jobs.
We will do this for three years, save every penny, pay our house off 20 years earlier than the average American. Then we will stick/brick while the kid is in school, but live a relaxed life with zero debt. Then when early retirement comes, we'll likely go 1/2 time.
Only downside thus far is living in the PNW in the rainy fall. Not a fan of the weather, rather be in the desert.
