Full time is FULL time. 24/7/365
Part time is anything less
Yep! X 2 :B
OK, let me throw a wrench in the works here... :B
My inlaws lived in their fiver and would come home for a few months every year. They would live in the fiver but park it in the driveway for their house, which their daughter lived in full time.
So were they part timers because they were home or full timers because they never stopped living in the trailer? - 2gypsies1Explorer III

Some of you say you travel full time, my wife is asking so how do you handle taxes, and credit cards, you have to have an address especially if your collecting benefits from Uncle Sam, retirement benefits, medical insurance?
Taxes are done by using an easy computer program - Turbo Tax. Or have someone do it for you wherever you are. If you sell everything you don't have a lot of accounting.
Credit cards - yes, we have them...not sure of your questions.
Address: We've used the Escapees RV Club mail forwarding service for 18 years. They give us a street address unique only to us, not a P.O. Box.
Everything else is done as you would if you have a stick house. Full-timers only have wheels. :)
Full-timing: Selling everything, living and traveling in the RV. - ScottGNomad

We use Escapees for our mail and that gives us a legal address in Livingston, TX. We do everything online, file taxes online, etc. We have Medicare and it is good all over the country. All income is direct deposit and we monitor our accounts online.

- drillkingExplorerWe full time. No S&B, not much material "stuff" anymore that won't fit in the RV. Stay a few days to a few months in an area then move. We have a "bail out account" strictly for if we become to ill to travel anymore. We really like our lifestyle.
- SCRExplorerI'm a full timer because it says so over there
<================== - stickdogExplorerWe volunteer 3-6 mos at a time and spend a month or so traveling between locations, mostly with the birds.
- chiefneonExplorerHowdy!
I consider us fulltimers. We sold the S&B and only live and travel in our 5er. We do have a homebase which has RV FHU's only and some storage. We do travel from 8 to 10 months of the year from the homebase. I don't consider someone that lives in a RV 365/24/7's in one place a fulltimer, I beleive fulltiming is all about the traveling and moving about.
