This, and setting up as many of your monthly bills to auto-pay or provide the monthly bill either on-line or via e-mail. I've done this and never got any mail that I needed sent to me, although my neighbors would contact me and let me know what had come in. They just toss it all on the kitchen table for my review when I get back.
