When Fulltiming ... Where to get a license and registration?

We're hoping our house sells this summer. IF it does ... where do full timer's get a driver's license and declare home? How do you get mail? What are other 'issues' with full timing? Thanks .....

I use the UPS Store in Tennessee. Tennessee has no Income Tax for Individuals. I am very Satisfied with this Arrangement. They have a Great Mailbox Service. They will forward your Mail. Just tell them where you will be and allow Time for your Mail to get to you. all you have to do is to leave a Debit or Credit Card Number on File to pay the Postage.
