Where in SE US in summer?
Where do you go to escape high temps & humidity in the summer months? Wondering about western PA, Tenn., or the Florida panhandle. Would want to keep costs moderate... Thanks!

- You'll want to go as far north as you can. We full time and spend summers in the northern half of the US, but we spent a couple of weeks in June in Central PA near a lake and it was doable. Most other SE locations are too hot for us - but we don't like anything above 90. YMMV
- Before the days of air conditions, rich southern families went to the mountains (TN or NC) for the summer. Now us poor RV's can do the same.
- Yep- Western North Carolina, Northern Georgia, Eastern Tennessee.
- Blue Ridge Parkway and Skyline Drive.
