What do you have for Medical Coverage.......Medicare, Obamacare, etc.
Multi-State Plans........LINK
Full Timing 'domicile' state use to be fairly easy.......little bit tougher now a days if still under 65 yrs old.
I currently have ins through my Local Sheet Metal Workers union and have 6 years before I have to worry about Medicare. I get a pension every month so not getting taxed on as much as possible would be good too.
Why is finding a domicile state different if your under 65?
Under 65.......you are not using Medicare. Therefore with the NEW ACA Medical Mandated Coverage your options are maybe greater BUT also limited. If your state of 'domicile' is not participating (actual if Med. Ins. Companies are not providing) in a multi-state plan(s) then your options for coverage are limited so it's another factor one needs to consider when choosing that 'domicile' state.
One needs to weigh ALL the factors..not just no state income tax, etc.
