So here's my situation. I've been out of my apartment and full-timing for almost a year but my former apartment's "physical" address is still on my drivers license. I have a CMRA but I haven't changed...

Do you get Social Security? If so, how? Direct deposit or check. If DD just show that bank info on your 2019 return for the 2019 refund.
If it was DD for 2018 the `stimulus' check will go there since that info is more readily available for the IRS.
The mailing address would become important if the IRS had to send a letter to you with some kind of tax return problem.
