Who do you have insurance with?

Chubb's handles all my insurance needs, commercial and personal; their double AA2 rating is well earned. Was already informed they would accept my RV in a wrap-around.

So we just switched from Foremost to Progressive. We have two different rates. One when driving and one for sitting parked. We have to tell them when we are going out on the road and when we stop. The rate is only high when we are moving. It cut our monthly payment in half.

We have been very happy with National Interstate - have had one claim and they handled it beautifully. We just got our renewal notice and they are switching from Great American Assurance to Triumphe Casualty. Our rates are going up $350/year and deductibles from $125 to $500 - YIKES! I want a good full-timers policy too and liked CoachNet, what is comparable??

I found blue sky to be half the price of Foremost.

But has anyone had a claim with them?

For what it's worth, we had state farm for a quarter century, business, homeowners, countless cars, motorcycle and rv...

Last year, after a couple of claims, they declined to renew us.

I brought all out business to geico and couldn't be happier.

National Interstate for our fiver as they specialize in full timers and have coverage not always offered by others especially full timers. They also cover Mexico as long as we purchase liability with a speciality Mexico insurance company and some others dont. Two claims with satisfactory outcomes and no premium increase. We use Hartford for our truck as they offer an AARP discount. This is our third truck cover company since we went full time. Same coverage but much cheaper.

When I began my RV adventure research over a year ago, I started to make some changes to the basics like insurance for my tow vehicle. I had Auto Club on my truck for years but the rates were soaring! I found through AARP "The Hartford" slashed my rates based on retirement driving verses San Diego city driving and I love the service. Check them out..M

I have National Interstate thru Miller Insurance (google them) for both my truck and 5th wheel. I chose them because I wanted a company that specialized in full-timers. Have not had any claims yet.

We've had Geico for several years now on our autos, and they just wrote our RV. I can't compare coverages (they do write FT ins., but we don't need it yet), but I can tell you that we've had a few claims over the years and their service is, hands-down, the best of anything I've experienced. AND their rates were the lowest.
