We are full time and the more we travel the less we need.
Food you will save a pile and eat better cooking for yourself. That can be a drag in an rv kitchen. Look for cookbooks with minimal ingredients. Not sure if you have an inverter but any day we travel, we start a crockpot when we leave and dinners is ready without a Hassel. Lots of things you can bbq outside. Use paper plates and cups (costco or sams) to ease dish duties.
Need something? Check goodwill or pawnshops tools, clothing, kitchen stuff, movies, books, toys.
Laundromat for sure, 6 loads 2 hours, good time to catch up on rv.net or your reading
Good luck and safe travels
