LOL...I was where you were....made excuses for issues...but when things happen to you or you realize they don't care so much for their loyal customers, you will change your outlook. I went from buying two RV's in 3 years (TT and a Class C - both brand new), having the extended warranty on both, roadside serviceuntil 2020, Lifetime member and spending a good bit of money in their store and payign to have things installed, it was apparent they didn't truly care about any of that.
