Here's a copy of a portion of our Good Sam Policy with National General.
It's in the Termination Section under "D. Other Termination Provisions"
2. If this policy is cancelled, you may be entitled to a premium refund. If so, we will send you the refund. The premium refund, if any, will be computed according to our manuals. However, making or offering to make the refund is not a condition of cancellation.
I find it interesting that without getting your hands on their MANUAL you have no idea what they will charge/refund.
