I find it interesting that without getting your hands on their MANUAL you have no idea what they will charge/refund.
Yep it sure makes me wonder too. The key words I read are premium refund and refund if any. It does not say a thing about a cancellation fee! I am going to read my manual and see what I am going to charge NGI for this hassle. Thanks for your post.
