Well I still haven't paid the cancellation fee and have no plans on doing so. I guess NGI still likes me though because I got a email from them wanting me to get an insurance quote from them. It stated I may save up to 335 dollars with them. I guess they didn't know that I already saved 1400 dollars by replacing their insurance. They must of forgot how they raised my policy 540 dollars with the reason being I am a Florida resident. They didn't mention in the email that they have a 10% cancellation fee either. I still would only recommend NGI to my enemies!!!
