Another month has gone by. I still haven't paid. I still get calls from a collection agency. And I still get emails from ngic.com telling me how I can save by switching to them. I think this is a good example of " the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing". I'll be back in a month for another update. When the calls and emails stop so will I.
