Hummm.....
I was wrong!
For 11 yrs thought is was from home address (residency)
But our home park wasn't close to anything so never came up against the 125 mile rule

Right from the latest resort directory, 125-Mile Rule (cannot make reservations at resorts within 125 miles of Home Resort) Also there is nothing that states whether it is road or air miles. Not too many people travel by air in their RV's.
