1st time used, will cancel today very disappointed

Unfortunately there comes a time in life for many when they just can't physically do those kind of things anymore. Those folks are at the mercy of company's like GS.
There are also people that while higly skilled in other fields, just aren't comfortable with mechanical things and need these services.
I'm glad to be able to do these things myself but I understand that's not an option for all my RV brethren.
