I called the number on the card. I would list it, but have since thrown the card away. The number I was given was 888-674-7824. I still have yet to find out who is on the other line. I hung up out of frustration and about 30 min after getting the new tire on the trailer I got a call back. I wasn't expecting something to happen immediately, but I was expecting to get a live person on the phone at least acting like they were trying to help. I wasn't as much concerned about me, but about what my wife and daughter would have to experience if they had to use the service. If you can't help me just tell me and I'll look elsewhere. Don't just ignore me.
