I switched from Good Sam Road Side Assistance a couple of years ago to Coach Net. Out of three or four Good Sam experiences over a ten year period only one was beneficial. They typically sent out someone who didn't know what they were doing or didn't care. Coach Net on the other hand (used one time for a flat tire) was quick and stayed in contact until problem resolved. Coach Net also called the police since we were stopped on the side of an Interstate highway. Coach Net wanted us to be safe. As a side point when my Good Sam club membership expires in a few months I will not renew it. I am tired of Camping World's amateur operation and dear old Marcus and his big mouth.
