1st time used, will cancel today very disappointed

I have been a Good Sam member for 7 yrs or so and needed it yesterday for the first time. I had a trailer tire blow out and didn't have a spare (it was a borrowed trailer). I called my Good Sam road side assistance PLATINUM. I waited on hold for 14 minutes until I decided to hit "0" repeatedly until a real person answered. She advised me that I had called the wrong number (the one on the card) and gave me another 888 number to call. Again, 15 min no answer, just music. My buddy unhooked the trailer, drove to Tractor Supply, bought a spare, put it on the trailer before I even got the first live person for help. WORTHLESS SERVICE! I always thought of this as a safety net for my wife and daughter. Boy was I wrong. It will be canceled within 10 min of posting this. I cannot express my disgust for money wasted for this service that was needed once in 7 years and it did NOTHING.
