Does anyone know more about this sale? The ad is self explanatory. So if it has a installation price it will be 29? What about hitches?

It's like Lowes free installation on flooring. Do you really think it is only $29 or is it possible that you pay in other hidden costs. I own a flooring company and love when people ask about free installations. I just jack the material price up and charge for every little thing. That customer pays the same as the guy that bought the flooring at the sale price and pays for installation.
