Sounds pretty typical of the service we received at the Madison, WI Camping World. That's why we don't do business with them anymore. Our local dealers provide much better service and their shop rates are much more reasonable. Our experience was that once they sold us a coach they could have cared less about warranty work. Had our motorhome for 5 months out of the first year we owned it and never did take care of the repairs. Ended up taking it to a local dealer. Less than 2 weeks and everything was fixed properly.
