Here's complaints on the GS non service, they don't make this forum easy to find. GS Roadside complaints.
???
You were kidding, right?
My thread here is IN that forum. I had found it during my research phase. And had come across several posts of yours touting coach-net over Good Sam. And I HAVE taken your opinions into account. Had I not found negative reports about coach-net too, this would probably be easier.
Seems like both can be hit or miss, depending upon who answers the phone. It's probably hard to find good people nowadays because they can make more on unemployment. Too bad.
I sincerely appreciate the help!
I have had both services. I received Coach-Net when I bought my trailer as a bonus from the manufacturer. I have had GS for many years. I have not had any complaint on how GS has handled my needs over those years. Coach-Net did fine as well. A friend of mine runs a roadside service/towing and told me that all of the services use the same providers but may pay them differently.(i.e. discounts, payment timeliness, and give-backs)He also said that bad outcomes are not always the fault of the service, some customers can expect something that is not part of the service and then complain they were treated badly( Imagine that:S )
