If Good Sam paid for the original Roadside Assistance call, that is the end of their obligation. Charges for any other services that someone wants done to their vehicle would be between them and the shop. Like many instances on these forums, I think we are missing part of the story. No shop would ever charge $50.00 to simply add some air to a tire. I think your friends left out a few pertinent facts of the story.
